AfterThe challenge
Water pooled for days after every storm and had soaked the insulation boards, causing a sagging kitchen ceiling.
What we did
- Removed saturated insulation and replaced damaged decking
- Installed tapered polyiso to slope water to a new scupper
- Heat-welded 60 mil white TPO with probed seams
- New collector box and downspout tied into the main gutter
