A new roof: the overview
Most Denver roofs are asphalt shingles installed 18 to 25 years ago, and the Front Range is hard on them. UV at 5,280 feet dries shingles out faster than at sea level, and freeze-thaw cycles pry at every nail hole. When granules start filling your gutters or you see curled tabs from the driveway, a replacement usually costs less over ten years than chasing repairs.
We remove every layer down to the deck, replace soft plywood at a posted per-sheet price, then install a complete system from one manufacturer: ice and water shield at eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starter strip, shingles, hip and ridge caps and ridge vent. Matching components is what keeps the manufacturer warranty valid.

Most single-family homes under 35 squares are finished in one day. Larger or very steep roofs may take two. We never leave a roof open overnight without a secured tarp.
Not for the whole day. We ask that someone is available at 7:00 am for a quick start-up walkthrough and at the end for the final walkthrough, or we can do the final review by video call.
Colorado code allows two layers in some cases, but we do not recommend it. A tear-off lets us inspect the deck, and most manufacturers require it for their best warranties.
You get photos right away and the replacement is billed at the per-sheet price already written in your contract. No surprise change orders.
